I recently both sold and purchased a home through Robsons, Rickmansworth and predominantly liaised with Nick and Luke. After my initial buyer dropped out hours before the exchange, I was faced with challenges and risks of loosing my purchase due to the additional delay and break of chain. Luke however put in tireless effort with securing my purchase and provided myself with continuous updates throughout. I found the staff at Rickmansworth branch very professional, helpful and importantly, very realistic in terms of expectations. I was of course approached my many other agencies suggesting higher returns and offering lower rates, however looking back after 6 months, I have no regret with the agency decision I made and highly recommend the Rickmansworth branch. many describe moving homes as a daunting experience, however I found the entire process seamless and effortless.
