Scott Elliot at Robsons deserves a 5 plus stars for his professionalism in helping us with our newly purchased property. My husband and I have purchased a house in Rickmansworth through Robsons and are extremely happy about the service they provided from the start (house hunting) up until we received the keys. They have an excellent team who were always positive and super patient with us in our search and requests. Response time on call backs was excellent as well. We would like to thank Scott Elliot our agent specifically for his patience and working with us in our search. He understood our requirements and showed immense patience and accommodated our numerous requests on visits to the property. Communication was fab and we were well informed about the next steps and all the other procedures. After having a bad experience from another well-known real estate agents in the market, we can say that the way Scott did business with us was extremely professional and we would like to say a big Thank You and highly recommend him & Robsons.

I am not going to say I don’t recommend you because I don’t think that is fair but maybe some advice. I thought - What Robson Amersham could do better for people who are not millionaires but just want to invest their hard earned savings in a modest property. - when you take a prospective buyer’s details down and say you are going to pass them on to another agent, please do that. 😔 - listen to what a prospective buyer is requesting and give them the chance to talk about what they are looking for. Try not to sound like you are in a rush, the person on the receiving end might be new to this and will think you are not interested in them and this might put them off buying a property with you.😣 - finally if a prospective buyer calls to view a property and you ask them times they are available to view - maybe work around those times or give options for alternative times instead of booking them in a time they can’t make. 🤯 I think that’s it, thank you Robsons.🙂
