Didn't bother answer the phone or ringing back.
After viewing a property which was available to let this morning i called to the office in Prestatyn to try and secure it. They were not very helpful at all to be honest, due to a small amount of historic debt i have as to which i am making regular payments, i was well aware that my credit rating was poor and wouldn't pass a credit check. As to which it openly informed them but did also inform them that i have a guarantor in place....they had already took all my particulars to enable me to secure the property and i also had the fee/deposit and the rent money in advance! When i told them that the best route was for me to provide them with a guarantor, they didn't want to know and tore everything that they had just taken copies of up in front of me..as a result of this they have lost the landlord a potential long term tenant and i certainly won't be using this agent or recommending them to anybody!!! All other surrounding agents use guarantors without any quibble or fuss...
I felt that I experienced poor customer service from Williams estates in Rhyl. While purchasing my first home I felt hounded at times by staff members over matters that were out of my control. I had numerous phone calls about paperwork which I had signed and posted to my solicitors which caused a large amount over stress and anxiety as I had no control over when they would be delivered! (Who would know this information about the postal service especially with adverse weather factors?!!!) I felt that staff members really should have been contacting my solicitors about this instead of putting so much pressure on me. I honestly felt bullied at times after these phone calls which often left me in tears.
