The house was an estate sale after my dad passed away. Darren, Sarah and the other colleagues, at William's Estates Rhyl, that I dealt with were not only professional, but warm and sympathetic at a difficult time for myself. I was kept informed at all material times so I was really pleased with their levels of communication. Finally, despite the Covid-19 emergency I never once felt a drop in service when Darren was working from home. In fact the service got better and better as Darren went in to bat for me in liaising with various parties including tradesmen, my solicitor, and the buyers to help keep the sale moving along.
