Absolutely disgusting attitude from Jan. Sent a genuine enquiry on one of their latest instructions only to be made to feel inadequate and being questioned beyond belief. Totally put off from buying through them and goes to show that an agent can actually influence a buyers decision. Avoid. Rude obnoxious and pompous.

James, a polite email has been sent out acknowledging your enquiry and asking the basic questions. As an agent, I’m sure you are aware of that being diligent and checking prospective buyers’ contact details and buying positing is part of the job. We are sorry if you don’t feel it is important but for us it is part of the process regardless who the applicant is.
