From start to finish on our sale and purchase, Jan and Ildi have been nothing short of professional, engaging and supportive. I highly recommend the team on either sale or purchase.

Having mistakenly firstly wasted a year with another agent, Jan and Ildi renewed by confidence in the sales process; they were always professional and consulted me along the way. The previous estate agent had just managed 7 viewings within 12 months, Jan and Ildi had 12 viewings within 14 weeks. Jan contacted me and recognised the actual buyers straight away and worked with them and myself to make the deal happen. Both Jan and Ildi supported me as the seller and also the buyers thought out the process helping solving solicitor short falls along the route. The brochure was professional and the pictures really showed the beauty in the house and the lifestyle. The house was an estate sale after my dad passed away. Darren, Sarah and the other colleagues, at William's Estates Rhyl, that I dealt with were not only professional, but warm and sympathetic at a difficult time for myself. I was kept informed at all material times so I was really pleased with their levels of communication. Finally, despite the Covid-19 emergency I never once felt a drop in service when Darren was working from home. In fact the service got better and better as Darren went in to bat for me in liaising with various parties including tradesmen, my solicitor, and the buyers to help keep the sale moving along. Honestly if I could give more than 5 stars I would - Sarah from Williams Estates has been so helpful with assisting me in the buying process of my new investment property. It hasn't been an easy process to say the least due to various reasons, but Sarah has stayed in contact and been so informative and patient. I really appreciate all her help and would highly recommend anyone to use Williams Estates. I will definitely be purchasing more investments from them purely down to the service I have been given.
