Once our sale was agreed we had nothing but the best responsive service from Ildi at Fine and Country. Whilst on the flip side, many other companies were putting a huge amount of blame onto the current pandemic, Ildi - whether she thought it or not! - never quoted the pandemic as an excuse for anything.
