I am selling the property as an executor liiving over 50 miles away - they have been super helpful over viewing - selling the property in 3 days. They recommended an electrician when we required an electrical survey. AND when the sale fell through after several months (delays in getting probate) they only went and got a cash buyer at the asking price within 3 days of the property going back on the market - I consider them to be outstanding.
