Review of the lettings department

My wife and I sought the advice of Lucy Morgan of morgans when we were in the process of sorting out my late mothers estate. I had 4 agents initially to give us advice on what we had to do and how we could go ahead and rent out the property. The advice and wealth of knowledge Lucy offered us was superior to that of the others. Morgans offer a refurbishment plan where they oversee the whole thing from getting quotes to arranging different tradesman. She was great and the work she did meant that we got to keep the house and rent it out. Morgans put a tenant In 6 months ago and I've never been so pleased with how something has gone.
