Great service but lack of critical information about future works on the 50percent owned housing association property lead to blindly purchasing it & spending all my savings on the deposit & solicitor fees.

Me and my family used Oulsnam in Redditch to move house recently and I must say they were fantastic!! Moving house is such a stressful thing to do but all the team did everything to make it as easy as possible. My experience did not start of well in that I think the original estate agent overvalued the property and made assurances that did not come to around, which led to a massive reduction in the sale the price. I appreciate the market changed in the last 6 months, however the change did not account for the movement in selling price and the amount the estate agent confirmed it they could sell for. However later in the process, I found Lauren to be fantastic. She kept me updated throughout the process and went the extra mile to achieve get the sale. She was also diligent in ensure the lead time from agreed sale to completion was kept to a minimum (2 months!!!)

Oulsnams Redditch handled our house sale very professionally, and we could always speak to someone regarding it, they got back to us immediately. They also had to relist our house as our impatient buyer pulled out and got it sold again very quickly. Their communication was good, there were times I had to phone to get an update, but someone always followed through with it and kept us in the loop. Would use them again if and when we sell this house in the future!
