Having had a less than satisfactory experience with another agent Emily made sure that the lines of communication were also open and responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner. I have recently exchanged in a property, purchased through Ashtons Estate Agents, the staff have been amazing from start to finish, when contacting them originally, I first spoke to Stephen who was very helpful in arranging a viewing on a couple of properties I was interested in, on the viewings, I was accompanied by a lovely member of staff who was there to answer any questions that I had but also gave me the freedom to have a good look around the house without being on top of me, I also was not put under any pressure by the Agents like I had been with others. From the moment I put in my offer both Stephen and Andy have kept me up to date with everything that has been going on and chased the relevant people for me when necessary. I would highly recommend Ashton’s and if I look to buy or sell in the future they will be the first Estate Agents I call.
