Excellent service. Thorough, sincere, responsive and extremely dependable team. Indeed, having interacted with other letting agents, our experience with Winkworth came across as a pleasant surprise. For one, the senior management take customer service seriously - and so you have them out and about, actually showing properties to customers, instead of being inaccessible (which is the case in most places). The entire interaction was very proactive - we were often recommended properties that would suit us - what this means is Winkworth actively participated in our property search, instead of us calling in each time. They were accessible even on a long weekend, giving us updates. Overall a fantastic team!

I highly recommend this estate agent for their highly determined manner in getting things done. They were very professional but also very easy to work with and had a (very rare these days) personal touch and emphasis on client care. I was buying a property through them and I didn't have an easy time due to the incompetence of my solicitor but these boys bent over backwards to get things to completion. Michael, the manager/director, even found some vital information out needed for the sale to proceed, when the solicitor couldn't be bothered to do it themselves. He even paid for the information out of his own pocket! They were always there on the end of the phone or email, keeping everyone in the loop all the time. They genuinely seem to be an estate agent who want to put people in the right property for them . Great stuff!
