For one, the senior management take customer service seriously - and so you have them out and about, actually showing properties to customers, instead of being inaccessible (which is the case in most places). The entire interaction was very proactive - we were often recommended properties that would suit us - what this means is Winkworth actively participated in our property search, instead of us calling in each time. They were accessible even on a long weekend, giving us updates. Overall a fantastic team!
