I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Michael Foldvari Of Winkworth Estate Agents finally only a couple of weeks ago after having dealt with him for a long time on the phone. My wife met him a couple of times and was very impressed too with his professionalism and constant desire to assist and in general, he has always been very helpful and willing to offer advice especially to us being first time Buyers in this country. He never tired to answer all my million questions and uncertainty. When I first spoke to Michael, I had actually already put a deposit down and confirmed another purchase direct from the "Builders". Michael convinced me to at least have a look at the property he had firdt, which I did and I asked my wife to go and have a look and that was it for us - it was "THE" property we had actually been looking for so we decided to go ahead with Michael. We did warn him that we had a very short time to expedite and conclude the purchase as our lease was expiring on another property we had been renting elsewhere. I am happy to say working with Michael we were able to coordinate very well with the Solicitors and the Owners and in a record time we were able to finalise and conclude the transaction. I would have absolutely NO hesitation whatsoever to recommend Michael/Winkworth to any first time/new prospective Buyers. Their service was excellent and we will certainly go back to him should we be in the market for a bigger house next. p.s they even had a nice "welcoming basket" for us when we went together to take ownership of the apartment which really added a nice personal touch to the whole experience.

He was efficient, professional, sincere, helpful and friendly. He provided lots of advice and recommendations, that enabled the normally stressful process to progress speedily and smoothly. Also especially noticeable for me is that he had both the sellers and buyers best interests at all times, which I think is unusual in the business. Winkworths provide excellent value and better service. I listed my flat with Winkworths after an unsuccessful listing with another local agency. Winkworths came in at a pricepoint that required no negotiation and despite this low cost offered the service that never failed to impress. The Winkworths team managed to secure many viewings and a few offers within a very short time through excellent marketing and a wide range of methods. This was done in a consultative manner that allowed me to stay on top of everything that was going on. Michael and Robin offered the personalised handling that makes an awfully stressful process manageable and easier to digest. They also arranged all manner of extras to make the process of selling easier. including the recommendation of a capable if not distant conveyancing service and many trades required to sort any little details that could have slowed a sale. I would recommend their services without pause. Have I property to sell in the reading area again, my first and only stop will be Winkworths.
