A letting agent that ‘makes stuff happen’ I’ve just moved into a flat managed by these guys and the process was a complicated one from my end. Covid lockdown and redundancies have caused an awkward financial background which meant that whilst I was looking for a home, many of the letting agents I had spoken with had a ‘computer says no’ attitude towards the whole renting process. I feel that Charlotte and her team were keen to make this happen on my behalf: I briefed them on my position and I genuinely felt that they fought my corner to get me a new home. The key element was open communication and a human interaction- she conveyed my position to the landlord personally when I felt that it needed to be, and this I think is the key difference in service here. A few queries on the property during the move in day were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Using an agent to find a home to rent is not just about the properties- you need help to navigate the administration, and ‘close the deal’ on a rental contract.
