Jordan is the best letting agent staff I've ever known. His ownership in his work is outstanding (works like he owns the business himself), very efficient. He knows what's he doing. I'm so impressed. When you contact various agents at the same time you will see he is really outstanding.

Originally published the below review and because we were so happy with the work Prospect did with us, we went with them again. Even though we were assigned a different person, Elliott has gone above and beyond to get us properties which suit us (and the pets we'll have making the process more difficult!). Very much appreciate all the effort and will be staying with Prospect in the future. Thanks Elliott! --- Prospect has been great throughout the entire process - from showing us around the properties we requested along with ones they recommended to us. We actually ended up going with one they recommended because it was even better than the ones we found online. Nancy and Chase have been especially helpful, with Chase showing us around initially even offering to drive us from place to place. Nancy helped with everything that came after and has been very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

I am absolutely blown away by the service received when dealing with Elizabeth Savery at Prospect. She has been a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to get a new kitchen fitted at my rental property. The guys who fitted it were also a pleasure to have around, extremely thorough, hardworking and simply couldn't do enough. Overall, an experience which could have been quite painful has been made as easy as possible. It's quite obvious Elizabeth is very committed to her job. Thank you so much! Keep up the good work :)

I have just started renting with prospect estate agents. I have been dealing Amber Forrester with a couple issues i have had with the house and every time she has provided a 1st class service and very helpful and has contacted the right people on the day and kept me updated. Very happy with the service i have received and i am sure in the future i will still feel the same.

Very friendly service by phone. We only had 3 days to find a property to rent, and Prospect's employees, particularly Simon and Matteo, did their best to accomodate us and fit all our viewings into our tight schedule. And even though it became clear soon we might go for an offer by a different agency, all of Prospect's agents stayed professional towards us and continued to offer us possible properties that might fit our specifications. Should we be in need of a property to rent or buy, Prospect would be one of the first agencies to call. Fantastic service!

I went into Prospect looking for my next house to rent! The lettings team were extremely professional when taking down my application and once that was complete I had an extremely enjoyable experience on my viewing where they found me the perfect place to call my new home! Great job guys! Charlie.
