You have implied that you did not have correspondence/hear from the agent you were dealing with but we have had a look through our records and have found correspondence between yourself and the agent you dealt with which include: February 2024 – Correspondence includes sending you the application form to proceed and confirming we have received a holding deposit from you March 2024 – The agent chased you to request you start your references as this was nearly a week overdue to start and you confirmed you were sorry and then proceeded to upload the documents April 2024 – The agent informed you that keys for your new property are ready to collect from our office and you relayed a time you will collect them from us at our office. As for the comment regarding your Landlord, we have spoken with them and understand there was a breakdown of relationship during the tenancy from both sides and understand this is one of the reasons you vacated the property.
