Dear Rafal, I am sorry to read your review and your feedback is important to us. The only conversation we had which I said would be repaired was the garden fence which belongs to the neighbour and not the Landlord of the property. Just before the move in date, I reached out to the Landlord and the neighbour had confirmed they had not yet done this but would do so and did not provide a timeline. The Landlord was under the impression the fence would be fixed for the move in date but this is outside of his control as the fence is not his. With regards to the bulge in the ceiling, you asked if the roof had leaked and I checked with the Landlord who confirmed it had not leaked and the room was recently painted and I confirmed if any leaks occur in the future, the Landlord would repair this but at the time of viewing and contract signing, the ceiling was newly painted and in good condition. As for the corridor downstairs, I confirmed this is as seen and will not be repaired. We then discussed over email about the works and you said you would not proceed with the property with the above in mind so we proceeded to find a new applicant and when we did so, you then confirmed you wanted to move into the property and insisted on doing and sign the contract but we had found a new tenant by this point.
