Please avoid at all costs. This company will exploit the likes of students in particular and were rude, patronising and never replied to emails about problems with the property. We had builders come in unannounced with their own keys at times we were all out which left us very unsettled. They would make noise up until midnight and when we raised this issue it was batted aside like every other issue we had. When it came to checking out we were charged ridiculous amounts of money (£600 for blue tack being used on the wall) and when we requested invoices they weren't provided so in the end we just gave up and took what little we could of our deposit back. Again if you are a student in particular please avoid this company and look elsewhere to save yourself the hassle and grief I had to go through.
