I have always found Sarah Green at Ryder and Dutton to be very helpful and efficient while leasing a property through them. I would award Sarah a full 5 stars but I am taking a star off because some of the staff I have dealt with recently at Ryder and Dutton have not been as well organised or professional and could really do to take some tips from her.

Recently sold our house with the help of Ryder and Dutton, Rawtenstall. We thought that the initial valuation was a little too high, and it was a bit frustrating initially as we had a few last minute cancellations of viewings. However once the house was under offer, Roisin and Shannon at the Rawtenstall office were extremely helpful, very proactive and communicative. They liaised between us and the vendor and kept us up to date with progress at all times. Very happy with their service and efforts to get the sale completed smoothly. Thank you!

I rented a property through Ryder and Dutton for 4 years. The overall experience with Ryder and Dutton as an estate agents was very good. They are very quick to respond and will always make sure they provide you with information and help as quick as possible. I would like to mention Sarah Green who works at the Rawtenstall branch. Sarah has been a brilliant help and was always the first to try and solve any issues. She is very understanding however remains very professional and impartial if you ever have any issues to raise.

Nice little park with play area running alongside River Ogden. Includes a football pitch and a walking route taking you through to Ramsbottom. Very popular with swings, climbing frame, trampoline amongst other rides.

Sarah green was very professional when it came to the sign out process all straight forward, very happy and very professional

Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Phones were always answered promptly and call backs made. Overall a pleasant experience.
