Very positive dealings with this company. We asked them to market our house. Unfortunately, this then got complicated as we realised we were in a contract with the tenants for the rest of the year. We then decided to see if the tenants would buy the property. Ryder & Dutton were instrumental in helping the tenants get mortgage approval etc. They offered us their services to process the sale- which we had to regretfully decline as we just needed a solicitor and already had one. Therefore the company didn’t receive a penny from me directly, however I thought that leaving them a positive review was the least I could do.

We have been with Ryder & Dutton in Rawtenstall for approximately 4 years on the full management service, since the company took over Ely long. We have been impressed with the effort that Racheal and Sarah have put in to looking after us and our property in our absence. This includes disputes with neighbours, tenant issues and health and safety issues to name a but a few.
