Very positive dealings with this company. We asked them to market our house. Unfortunately, this then got complicated as we realised we were in a contract with the tenants for the rest of the year. We then decided to see if the tenants would buy the property. Ryder & Dutton were instrumental in helping the tenants get mortgage approval etc. They offered us their services to process the sale- which we had to regretfully decline as we just needed a solicitor and already had one. Therefore the company didn’t receive a penny from me directly, however I thought that leaving them a positive review was the least I could do.
