I am new to the area Rossendale and I was nervous about moving there. However dealing with Ryder and Dutton has completely put me as ease. I had been dealing with Rachel over emails since my interest in the property. She was fast and friendly with her replies and everything was communicated over email as I work shifts and it’s not always practical to speak on the phone. She replied as soon as she could and ensured a fast and smooth move! Sarah came to welcome me to my new home and handover the keys. She made me feel completely at peace with the property and went through all the paperwork efficiently but made sure I totally understood everything, and reassured me if I needed anything else that I could always contact her!!
