In that time I must say that they have been reliable and professional and have kept on top of any issues that have arisen. I have received pictures of all rooms when inspected and if I have had any questions Rachael, Sarah and Wendy have either emailed or phoned me back. Ryder & Dutton have looked after my property generally efficiently and without fuss. That changed this year when a problem tenant gave a host of problems, eventually requiring them to be legally evicted. R&D were very helpful throughout the process and made it much less stressful than it might otherwise have been. We have been dealing Ryder and Dutton for 4 and a bit years now as our landlords letting agents and must say they have on the whole been polite, professional and courteous. The 2 ladies in particular we liaised with are Racheal Howard-Cofield and Sarah Green. Both these ladies have been brilliant with us Racheal in our 1st years of tenancy was a joy to contact always prompt and so very helpful always. Sarah who has been our liaison for the last few years has also been brilliant. Any problems we had she has tried her best to get sorted out for us and has always been very understanding and patient with us. She was also extremely prompt with the references we need for our new abode, which we appreciate greatly thank you. She has also been lovely to talk to and is really a credit to her company.
