The team at Ryder & Dutton, Rawtenstall were all friendly, professional and helpful but when it came to "getting the job done" nobody was more proactive than Shannon Laycock our sales negotiator. The sale of our property had gone incredibly smoothly until a few hiccups at the final hurdle. Shannon was both ours and our buyers 'go to' person. Anything and I mean, anything that we were unsure of or perhaps didn't seem right to us or that we simply didn't understand, Shannon was on it and stayed on it until she sorted it out. We relied on her so much and she steered us through it all. She was worth her absolute weight in gold and I cannot praise her professionalism, knowledge and patience enough. She remained calm and focused at all times, she explained things clearly to us and kept us in the loop constantly and she was always there at the end of the phone when we needed her!
