Phoned the lettings office 4 times and registered my details. Called to view a property and they had none of my details logged on their system!! Useless

What a unprofessional call this morning. Firstly Melissa tells me "my lengthy message" in a disgruntled and snappy manner. Then she accused me of "calling her a liar" whilst I was just updating my complaint about neighbours that Miles & Barr manage with an incident that occurred last night. Even a bit of empathy for people that are stressed by neighbours that THEY manage would be sensitive and kind instead of a rash, accusatory and rude call. I had to put the phone down, you support landlords I really cannot understand why any Landlord would use you. You don't even know how to be civil and kind which are basic human emotions....I will make a formal complaint. Please see the reviews below with one star before you start to use their services.

Worse estate agent! Absolutely furious with this company. They are incredibly rude and unhelpful. There is no way I would consider dealing with this company again, no property they show me could be good enough!

Miles and Barr have been utterly useless from day one. If you have a barge pole I suggest you use it to keep away from them. (I didn't want to give a star at all but unfortunately there was no other option) No one ever answers the phone, if they do you are fobbed off and passed on elsewhere or told someone will get back to you and they don't. Money grabbing, lie about work that is carried out and as for Harvey Property Maintenance (I believe they are affiliated with Miles and Barr) the workmanship was of an extremely poor standard, it took 3 times as long as it should have done and almost 2 months before any work was even carried out. I am not the only person that has had this amount of trouble, and I know for certain that I won't be the last.

Absolutely disgusting the way I have been treated. ... And still waiting. my buyer has been more in contact than me. !!!! We should have moved last Friday. !!!. ...

Beyond awful. Unethical, ruthless, dishonest; I am in the process of making an official complaint to the Property Ombudsman for illegal practice and breaching the Code of Conduct for estate agents If the property you are interested in is available through any another agent, go there. .
