Not a system I would recommend to an experienced estate agent. If you've never done the job and want a system that will help you be a basic quality estate agent then this is for you. It is clearly a system written by software writers not by estate agents as it isn't intuitive and uses language that is not used in our business. There are many good things about it if you want to sit and learn how to use it, but for experienced busy agents that want a tool to enhance what they do already, it just isn't right.

Extremely stressful ,requesting far too much unnecessary personal information

Shocking referencing company. Rented privately for 8 years, only missed 2 payments during COVID which were cleared immediately. They completely messed up my referencing and miscalculated my finances multiple times, costing me an apartment. Absolute joke.
