I have used LetCheck on a number of occasions as a landlord and have always found them to be professional, flexible in terms of bookings and prompt to amend reports should any corrections be required. Zoe in particular is very helpful in arranging bookings and ensuring that the process has run smoothly.

I have now used Letcheck Inventories on 3 occasions and I have been totally impressed with their professional approach especially when I had to get a Check In and Inventory Report done with very little notice. Zoe the office manager took it in her stride and made it happen at very short notice. I thoroughly recommend that you give them a go as you won't be disappointed.

Excellent experience - the Admin staff making the booking were extremely helpful and efficient, the Inventory Clerk extremely thorough, and when I raised two very minor questions about the report, these were dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.

A nice company to deal with. I have used them several times in the last couple of years and would do so again. Fair and thorough, and if they get something obviously wrong in the inventory they are happy to correct it and quickly too. Good value and have always been available when I want them. It probably helps that at the end of their visit I am around to discuss any significant areas of concern for them so we are not getting our wires crossed.
