Recently attended several viewings with Toni and she was brilliant. She was on-time, friendly and chatty, but not intrusively so - e.g. wasn't pushy about the properties which gave us room to consider all aspects and made us feel comfortable to discuss everything openly - exactly what we value in an estate agent.
