Recently my family purchased a property with this agent. We found them quite helpful and efficient. The purchase dragged on for a long time, not because of their fault. However, we would have felt happier if someone had been in touch with us on a regular basis.

Thanks for the review and feedback Maha. The process dragged on a lot longer than initially thought due to the probate sale in the chain, thanks for acknowledging we had no control over that. We tried to keep your family updated, this was mainly on email as they could not answer calls due to the nature of their job. We often did not receive a reply to our updates on email. Shannon has been helpful and efficient at all times, often anticipating problems and suggesting solutions. Though the screening of the last tenants did not prevent a nightmarish situation developing it was not her fault and she did all she could to mitigate the situation.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
