We had 4 local estate agents through our door when we wanted a valuation for our home. The RMJ Sales Lady was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and bubbly; just the sort of person i'd want to speak to if I called an estate agent and asked them to explain my home! We had an open day and sold that week. All staff through the sale process have been efficient, professional and courteous. This will be my 11th move, so I know what I''m talking about!

As one who works with people, it was nice meeting the letting agent Katie who from the very beginning of showing my interest in the property. Her polite and professional manner on the phone, her communication via emails and finally showing me around she was just superb, a breath of fresh air. 👌 …

Hi, I am a first time buyer. This was my first house and we'd like to thank the team at the Rainham office for their excellent service espicially Nina Nash. I dont even know the process and I thought I need to stuggle a lot.. But the team was very helpful from the initial state of the process from booking a viewing (Thanks Joe). I have a couple of viewings booked and Once I liked one property and my offer is accepted.. I was represented my Nina nash. I even dont know the process and stages in process. I was given guidence in each pahase and all my doubts were cleared at each phase by Nina. She is so patiently explained each process even when I asked multiple times and differnt options. Looking for a property to rent is a very stressful and daunting project to embark on. I had a lot of challenges and disagreements until I came across Ms Ellie-Louise Fletcher. Oh my goodness, this lady is so professional in her dealings, hardworking, supportive and relentless in discharging her duties.
