We listed with M&P who outperformed the local competition with their proactive approach to selling our flat. They were professional and we felt we were in good hands. Really happy with the result - would definitely recommend the team at Queens Park.
To celebrate our recently opened office in Queen's Park, we are running a 0% offer until 24th July. For full T&C's please click here. Our Marsh & Parsons Queen's Park estate agents office is situated on the bustling Salusbury Road, moments from Queen's Park tube station and the infamous weekly farmers market. Working closely with our neighbouring North Kensington and Little Venice estate agency offices, the team offers both residential sales and residential lettings in Queen's Park, also selling and letting property in the surrounding areas of Kensal Rise, Kilburn, South Hampstead and West Hampstead. The majority of properties for sale and properties to let are Victorian and Edwardian, semi-detached houses, terraced buildings and period conversions. However, more recently there is a growing number of New Homes for sale offering high-specification accommodation. Salusbury Road and Chamberlayne Road are the commercial hubs of Queen's Park, offering a wide choice of independent shops and eateries, whilst the park itself is at the heart of the neighbourhood. Queen's Park's popularity can largely be attributed to its excellent transport links including the Bakerloo Line from Queen's Park tube station with access to Oxford Circus and the West End in 20 minutes, while the overground train from Brondesbury Railway Station and Kilburn Station run to Richmond in the east and Stratford to the west.
