Streets Ahead Purley

This is belated, but I sold my flat in central Manchester a couple of weeks ago. Sam and Pete at EweMove in Sale were my estate agents and honestly choosing them to sell my property was the best thing I ever did. Things rumbled on for a …

We recently viewed a property through EweMove with Samantha, and she was fantastic throughout the process. She was knowledgeable about the property, professional, and genuinely helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. …

I've previously had a very bad experience with an Estate Agent, so I'm delighted to say that Jason Paris at Streets Ahead has proved to be the very opposite. Jason's responsiveness to my enquiries with all of the concerned parties were always dealt with quickly. The property was vacant, and we live on the coast, so Jason took control of all the occasions where access was needed. In order to hasten the speed of the sale, Jason helped with solicitors questions relating to the garage where measurements and photos were required. He even turned the water off at the mains when the toilet overflowed. Jason Paris is friendly and professional in equal measures.

I would highly recommend Karen Ozkan and the team including Scott at Streets Ahead. Karen was our main point of contact and the service, support and speed of which we were able to work with Karen in purchasing our first home was impeccable. Karen was readily available to connect and communicate when necessary in an efficient manner and was always reassuring and helpful when communicating with her, even post completion. I would highly recommend Karen and the team at Streets Ahead when purchasing your new home.

Excellent service throughout from the initial viewing onward. They were able to answer all my questions quickly and accurately, accommodate my viewing availability on multiple visits, and even provide further advice and assistance following completion of the purchase. Special mention to George Simpson for his friendly and informative demeanor, and to Jason Paris whose knowledge of the property meant he could assist me with a heating issue after purchasing the flat.

George was fantastic in helping us sell our flat. He was always kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating of our schedule. His dedication and hard work were evident every step of the way, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure a smooth selling process. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive agent!

I am writing this message to state how excellent state agent Karen Ozkan is. Her expertise and dedication made my property search and purchase incredibly smooth. I highly recommend her for her exceptional service and clear communication. She was always readily contactable and incredibly helpful in arranging communication and agreements between all parties involved in the purchase. Her assistance during the purchase negotiations was invaluable. Well done Karen. Thank you.

John Payne have been the perfect agent for us. Sam was attentive and was always willing to go above and beyond to not only help us with anything about the property, but also about the house buying process generally, which was invaluable for us as first-time buyers.

Quick easy sale. Anil was with us all the way and very helpful

Nathan, Sam, and the whole team have been nothing short of spectacular. We had to deal with a lot of issues on a transaction that took nearly 9 months to complete, but they were always extremely supportive and helpful. Suffice to say, we would have never managed to buy our property without their help.
