I entrusted the Purley branch of Streets Ahead with the sale of my late mother's ground-floor flat. Initially my contact was Adam Watkins, and when he moved away I dealt with Aidan Naude. I have been very happy with the whole experience. For instance, the flat's garden was very overgrown, but Adam arranged for it to be cleared and tidied so that good photos of the property could be taken and uploaded to their website. Within a few days of viewings (all of which I was told about) several prospective buyers had been found, and by means of sealed bids an offer was made and accepted which was considerably over the asking price. Unfortunately, because probate took a while to be granted, this buyer (who had been very patient) eventually withdrew. Aidan immediately remarketed the flat and it took less than a week for another buyer to be found, also offering over the asking price. This has now moved to exchange of contracts and completion. Throughout the whole process Aidan has kept me and my solicitor fully informed on progress, either by e-mail or phone. I have no reservations about recommending Streets Ahead and Aidan Naude, and in fact in the next few months I will have another property to sell and I know I'll be entrusting this branch and Aidan with marketing it.
