Rented a flat with this agency since March 2021 on moving in there were repairs to be carried out at the flat and to date no reported repairs addressed and property manager never answers calls or emails only at his convenience. My landlord refuses to carry out repairs at the property. I currently have waterlogged bedroom floor, mouldy blinds, a wardrobe door fell on my head, a faucet falling off in the bathroom and to date no repairs. I pay £1250 RENT!!!!!! Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!

Absolute scammers, listed a property with a set monthly rental price and then after I put down an offer they left it on a side for two days. After two days chasing around they call me back to say that there's another offer £500 on top of mine and ask if I wanna match it. A lot of landlords complaint as well, so I will recommend to stay away from that so called agency and Kristen in particular.

Worst agent I have into contact to date.....a bunch of liars. Give estate agents a bad name....stay away

#Avoid If a property is with two agents do yourself a big favor and go with any other agent but StreetsAhead. Very bad customer services. They do not seem to understand simple requirements of property management.

Absolutely horrible to deal with! Almost everyone at this estate agency needs training on how to deal with the general public. No manners, no etiquette, no professionalism. THE WORST estate agency by far! Stay far away from people like them. It’s embarrassing how bad they are, especially a woman named CHERELLE MUSCHETTE. She is the most snarky, rude and arrogant woman I’ve ever dealt with. Acts as if she owns streets ahead and doesn’t want to listen to anyone but herself, she seems to be under the impression that only she knows what’s right and it’s just disgusting 🤮. No ratings for this place, if I could I’d even take the 1 star back.

Where to begin! If your looking to rent out or sell your property you will be fine but if you want to rent forget it I waited over 7 months for my toilet to be fixed it still wasn't done by the time I left the property leaving me with a 175 pound water bill because the toilet was constantly running and other repairs where not dealt with either no gas safety certificate at all in the 2 years I was there my agent is totally non responsive im trying to get my deposit back she asked me for my bank details twice I gave them to her twice ive sent 3 emails since to find out what's going on but still no communication at all so no i would not recommend for tenants!! If anyone bothers to get in touch with me can it be a proper manager thanks
