Organised potential renters for my home, I specifically requested no pets, so when they did find someone suitable I was happy. This is until I found out Emily had withheld the fact the tenant had 3 dogs after contracts had been signed ('no pets' removed from contract to tenant). Where to begin! If your looking to rent out or sell your property you will be fine but if you want to rent forget it I waited over 7 months for my toilet to be fixed it still wasn't done by the time I left the property leaving me with a 175 pound water bill because the toilet was constantly running and other repairs where not dealt with either no gas safety certificate at all in the 2 years I was there my agent is totally non responsive im trying to get my deposit back she asked me for my bank details twice I gave them to her twice ive sent 3 emails since to find out what's going on but still no communication at all so no i would not recommend for tenants!!
