what a joke of a estate agent these are ,never kept me in the loop.believed everything my sister told them ,had to get a solicitor involved to get my half of the money ,and dont get me started about the surveying company ,he was so arrogant ,never kept in the loop,Manning Stainton manager was full of himself

Took half day off work to accommodate a rental valuation which was arranged over the phone - they didn't turn up. After phoning them up I was told to hold on while they got back to me then just hung up and never called back.

Me and my partner are beginning a process of buying a house. We had seen a house that we loved and put an offer in, apparently that wasnt a right offer as I was greeted with the rudest woman basically telling me where to go. She also shouted "have you seen the market at the moment, not a chance." Her attitude was absolutely vile and they will never be used again! She pretty much kept going and reduced me to tears. Never again!
