Bought a property marketed by Manning Stainton, and had regular contact with both Gemma and Rochelle during this process. Both were excellent, keeping in regular communication and doing everything they could to make sure the process went well. This was despite a huge error made by a solicitor earlier in the chain, resulting in significant additional complication. Would be very happy to buy a property through Manning Stainton again as a result of this. Our experience of viewing properties marked by Manning Stainton was mixed (we saw quite a lot, since our house was on the market for a while). Some of their colleagues were great at the viewing, others seemed disinterested or knew nothing about the property. I'm sure this is hard when they have a lot of houses on the market, but at the time it made us feel we had made the right decision in using a different agent to sell ours.

Although the sale of the property did take a long time (7 months), this was due to the first potential buyer being a time waster and the second buyer choosing a solicitor who provided an appalling service. Despite this, Manning Stainton (Pudsey Branch) provided a very professional service throughout and I was also very happy with my solicitor who I was introduced to via Manning Stainton. Victoria (Vicky) was everything you could ask for from an Estate Agent. She was extremely polite & proactive, giving us regular updates which meant we weren’t kept in the dark with the progress. She was also very responsive to any questions we had. She acted as a constant line of communication between myself, the buyer and both sets of solicitors which is key in such a transaction. I would therefore definitely recommend using Manning Stainton.

Can't thank Vicky enough for everything she has done for us. She went above and beyond to secure the sale of our property. Her communication throughout was fantastic, and she kept us regularly updated, we felt she really was an advocate for our property.
