Although the sale of the property did take a long time (7 months), this was due to the first potential buyer being a time waster and the second buyer choosing a solicitor who provided an appalling service. Despite this, Manning Stainton (Pudsey Branch) provided a very professional service throughout and I was also very happy with my solicitor who I was introduced to via Manning Stainton. Victoria (Vicky) was everything you could ask for from an Estate Agent. She was extremely polite & proactive, giving us regular updates which meant we weren’t kept in the dark with the progress. She was also very responsive to any questions we had. She acted as a constant line of communication between myself, the buyer and both sets of solicitors which is key in such a transaction. I would therefore definitely recommend using Manning Stainton.

Can't thank Vicky enough for everything she has done for us. She went above and beyond to secure the sale of our property. Her communication throughout was fantastic, and she kept us regularly updated, we felt she really was an advocate for our property. You can tell that Vicky enjoys what she does, and works her hardest for the best outcome for her clients. In future we would definitely use manning stainton, pudsey again if Vicky would be our agent. Once again a massive thank you to Vicky for all your hard work!!
