I have just completed on the sale of my house through Manning Stainton. Claire Ward guided me through the entire process. Selling during covid, especially when you're in a chain is incredibly daunting. Claire was patient, helpful and honest throughout. The solicitors I used were incredibly busy and not very communicative so Claire chased them throughout for me and always kept me in the loop. I was very unsure of the whole process and Claire always made herself available to answer any questions when my solicitors wasn't being receptive. The only negative was that the solicitors I used were actually recommended by Manning Stainton and were not very good. I would recommend Manning Stainton to anybody selling a house in the area.
