My experience with Manning Stainton comes off the back of a house buying process with Purplebricks that couldn't have been any worse, and one which contributed to our house sale falling through. Having viewed and loved a newly listed property presented by Manning Stainton, my wife and I were filled with excitement over the prospect of owning such a wonderful estate, but were also full of trepidation and pessimism towards the house buying process (as first time buyers). We believed it was to be as dreadful as we'd often heard or read about. Enter Victoria From the moment we first spoke about the viewed property, Vicky demonstrated nothing but understanding with and empathy for my wife and I. Better yet, Vicky trusted that we were serious in our efforts to buy this property and hence went above and beyond to guide us through the offer process, playing a crucial role in us to being the accepted party by the sellers amongst all offers on the table. Most customer service meets an expected, acceptable level. Many go further for their clients, too. However, no single team or employee in my recent memory has delivered more of a positive, enjoyable, almost loving impact in the deployment of their duties than Vicky - and credit should also be given to Vicky's incredible colleagues for whenever they picked up the mantle on her behalf. The massively important, stressful and lifechanging ordeal that is buying a house - a home - has been made worlds easier and more peaceful thanks to Manning Stainton. I couldn't have been luckier and I'll cherish it for decades to come! Thank you!
