Nicole Bradburn from Normie estate agents is a gem. She was always on hand to answer any queries I had and would instigate and follow up enquires between the solicitors and developer of the new build I was purchasing. She was honest and able to make suggestions. At one point, I became overly anxious and Nicole patiently listened to my verbal outburst, and once finished, she calmly came up with a solution which we were able to follow through with.
