Honestly, so happy we went with Normie to sell our house. it ook all of three days to get an offer! Everyone was extremely responsive and kind, understanding of our timetable in terms of viewings, as we had a young toddler. Nicole in particular has been an absolute delight - if you want to sell or buy a house, you want Nicole as your Sales Progressor! She chased up and down the chain and would keep in constant contact with me on progress.

From start to finish Normie were consistently top notch. Buying our home was made a little less stressful because of them we're sure of it. We would definitely recommend them over the self-service check out estate agents we sold through (if you know, you know!) We viewed a lot of houses with numerous estate agents, Normie's viewing agents were all lovely, helpful and informative. We especially enjoyed our full day of viewings with Nicola, who really knows her stuff and had some sage advice. We were particularly impressed by the after sales service. Excellent service. Natalie Hamburg came out to value our home and was very clear and helpful in assessing the value. Once we agreed to proceed with Normie we were handed over to Nicole Bradburn who would be dealing with our sale. Nicole was very informative and kept us up do date with the progress of our sale and was very helpful in answering any queries we had and she also chased up solicitors when needed. Normie could not have been more fantastic! We first went to Natalie for the sale of our house, and looked at new houses with them. We had viewings booked within a day and quickly had offers, whilst also using Natalie for offers on our new home. She was in constant communication about everything and really supportive when we had no idea about any of the processes or how things work. Once the offers were accepted on both our old and new home we were passed to Nicole, who was just as fantastic! There were a few issues we had along the way with the sale of our previous property and I couldn’t have wished for anyone better to handle them. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without Nicole, she kept us sane through the most stressful process and made everything so much better and easier. I could not recommend Normie highly enough.
