Best in the business Just having a glass of wine in my new garden, which Normies made possible. They got a great price for my home in just 13 days. From the outset, Natalie showed that she really understood my house and the local market. They didn't get the photos perfect first time, but knew they didn't all do the house justice and asked to come back unprompted to make sure they were 100% right. My experience of selling my house with Normie estate agents was very satisfactory, trouble free and helpful. My reason for choosing Normie was because Natalie who came to view the house to begin with was warm and sympathetic and took the trouble to sit down and discuss things with me unlike other agents I had consulted. The description and photos which went on line were excellent and attracted several viewers two of whom put in an offer. Once I had accepted an offer Nicole became responsible for liaising with myself and the buyers and the appropriate solicitors. Together with the solicitor she was able to solve any problems that arose efficiently. She was almost always available on the phone and soon got back to me if not. At all times the staff were respectful, pleasant and positive. Through all the negotiations in this process Normie's gave the most satisfactory service. I would recommend them to any potential sellers.

They were absolutely excellent to deal with, very helpful with chasing the sellers solicitors when I purchased my house from them, they also stayed on the toes of my solicitors which helped keep everything on track, From Nicole helping with these, to all the help with viewing the property multiple times and the whole team were really friendly and welcoming, I can't thanks them enough. great company to deal with and in all honesty I am not a massive fan of estate agents after past issues, Normie are the complete opposite and very helpful

Nicole Bradburn from Normie estate agents is a gem. She was always on hand to answer any queries I had and would instigate and follow up enquires between the solicitors and developer of the new build I was purchasing. She was honest and able to make suggestions. At one point, I became overly anxious and Nicole patiently listened to my verbal outburst, and once finished, she calmly came up with a solution which we were able to follow through with. Without Nicole's expertise and professionalism, I wouldn't have purchased my beautiful new home when I got cold feet. Thank you Nicole.
