Normie is everything you could want in an estate agent! They were brilliant in getting my house on the market and helping me with my house next home. Nicole handled my sale, she was incredible! Handling any matter and resolving them before I was even aware!

David Ryan assisted me with finding my new tenant. He was so professional from the get go and took the stress out of the process. He was extremely communicative and kept me upto date along the way. From the moment queen Natalie Coolly walked through the front door with her hands in her pockets, I knew I'd chosen the right company. She knew her market, she knew the clients that would suit as buyers and she told me politely to " house doctor" the place. She was upfront, honest and knew what it would take to sell the property with no guff and I liked that. Fast forward to the sale process, where the lovely Nicole took over and honestly this girl is not paid enough for all she does! She kept me up to date, answered all my questions, it wasn't the easiest of sales but she handled the seller and the buyer like a champ, liaising between us. Considering we must have been one sale process of many, I honestly don't know how she finds enough hours in the day. Give Nicole a raise or a promotion Normie! she deserves it. Imagine if she wasn't there! Yep..unthinkable. In all, a great experience dealing with Normie Estate agents and would highly recommend them for an honest reliable service. Miss you already! :0)

From the very first viewing with Nicola to chasing matters and finishing the sale with Nicole the entire process has been absolutely amazing and smooth. Nicole supported us throughout the purchase of our first home and as FTB I was really scared and anxious but everything was dealt with smoothly and Nicole is very efficient in replying to emails.

The people at Jeffrey Normie certainly go above and beyond and I think without their experience our sale would not have gone through. It was a complicated chain of 8 possibly 9 sales with 2 split chains and a deadline date. The pressure was on.. But, Nicole Bradburn, did not let that worry her. She was just fantastic! She professionally hurried along solicitors every day, she moved things along in ways that we didn’t think was possible but with her friendly pleasant approach to all things she really got things in line and there was a lot. She thought of things and resolved them before they became an issue and kept everyone informed all the time. She was amazing. James was also excellent negotiating the sale and selling our homes to make it work and obviously Nigel with his all encompassing knowledge of how to get a house sold and how to market it. Along with the rest of the team whose names I do not know. This was a sale where we needed professional experts to complete all the chain and that’s what we got. Along with some much needed time and chats to reassure us, all would be okay. Amazing Work guys.

We just would like to say that we've received a truly excellent service from everyone at Normie. Less than 4.5 months from offer going in to getting the keys. We were first time buyers and Nigel was an absolute gem helping us with the daunting process of putting in the offer, the follow up viewings and additional details afterwards.
