Excellent service from start to finish! If you are looking to sell your house PLEASE use normies! We initially used another local agent at the start to sell our house (who was useless) but after having a poor experience with them we decided to switch to Normies who I am delighted with as they sold our house in just 1 week compared to the 3 months we had wasted with the other agent. Amazingly helpful estate agent. They were quick to respond to any questions or enquiries I had all the way through the process, from the initial listing of the house, to viewings and finally through the purchase/sale process. Emails and phone calls were always returned. Never once were Normie pushy, which is something I often read online about estate agents up and down the country. Every person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, whether they were actively involved in my sale/purchase or not. Natalie and Nicole in the Prestwich office in particular were very helpful and friendly! Thank you so much!
