Applied to view man of their properties months ago and not heard anything back, when ringing them to chase this is they said they won’t do viewings until they have enough people interested to do a group viewing. I’ve been trying to rent with them since January and gotten no whereas they just haven’t been doing viewings on any of the properties I’ve enquired about. I have managed to do one viewing and it was horrible as a group viewing, it felt like I was having to fight against others to try and please the estate agent so that I could take it and not be homeless. I even explained to an estate agent that I have no family to support me once my tenancy ends due to my father recently passing so I am basically begging them for a place to live and still it has been months and nothing. The properties I wanted to view are all still up for rent so I don’t understand why I can’t even view them (some have been available since February and I applied to view as soon as they came up). I have given up with any hopes of renting from this estate agent.
