I found the staff at
I found the staff at Northwoods very resourceful, and professional at all times. Sue was a pleasure to know, Rebecca was helpful, and Terry who helped with maintenance of the property was always on time, and carried out his duties to a high quality. The Landlord was very kind. The staff in general are all a credit to Northwoods and are pleasant to work with. Thank you

"Great communication from the..."
Great communication from the team at Northwood preston! Felt intially let down as Tom left, however Laura tried her best to smooth the transaction. Sally was great, emails where prompt and the team did all they could in the circumstances.

As this was my first time
As this was my first time selling a house I had no idea about the process. Tom informed us and kept us updated every step of the way. We got a buyer very quickly. Every matter was delt with very professionally. We completed within approx 12 weeks. Northwood's fees were very competitive and reasonable. Would highly recommend

I'm very happy to have sold
I'm very happy to have sold my house using the services provided by Northwood UK. The sale went through very smoothly and quickly. I can say that at all times Thom and his colleagues behaved with utmost courtesy and sensitivity. They showed a willingness and a drive to find a good solution to the inevitable hiccups that can occur during the sales process. I would heartily recommend them to anyone seeking to sell their home.

I was very impressed by Tom
I was very impressed by Tom and all the staff at Northwood, professional, courteous and efficient. They managed to turn a rather difficult(buyer)situation around. This was the second time we had employed them. I had dreadful dealings with another agent in Preston. Engage Northwood!
