Our relationship with Northwood began 13 years ago when we chose them to represent our interest in our home when we moved overseas. All the staff at Northwood and professional and personable to clients. However I would particularly like to highlight Sophie for all the help and assistance she has given me. As a landlord it is important for me to have an agent that reduces any stress or aggravation that might occur with a letting and Sophie has proved exemplary at this. During a recent insurance claim (no blame to either tenant or landlord) she was a total star organizing the claim on a third party company, secured a win, got a superior replacement carpet and organized it being fitted - superb!
