From start to finish we were wow’d by Williams estates. From our first interaction with Josh - his professionalism, knowledge and friendly approach secured Williams as our chosen estate agent - and we had tried a few - then came Rebecca - Rebecca came out to the property for photos - took fantastic images that represented the property so well - she was kind and friendly and made the whole process much more comfortable for us. Throughout the process the entire team at Williams kept us informed - they communicated every step and helped to put our minds at ease. With a special mention of Jackie - what a woman!! Jackie got our sale and purchase over the line after a stressful few weeks. I believe her efforts were incremental in securing us our forever home. The agent who showed us the house was amazing—knew exactly how to present all the qualities of the property, and was able to answer any questions we had. They were always available to help in any way possible throughout the process of buying the property. We saw a lot of houses, and with you, we were finally able to find our home.

Ashleigh has been brilliant throughout. Ashleigh communicated really well. I came across a couple of issues with the Sale, one only minor, the property was being used as an air bnb and had bookings but was resolved so quickly, another one involved someone masquerading as my daughter to get access into the property ( this I took up with the Police at my end). This was dealt with so efficiently. Rebecca and Ashleigh communicated really well during this difficult period and put me at ease straight away and re-assured me. The communication was second to none, making sure I was ok. Thank you so much again Ashleigh and pass on my best regards to you and all of your team.

Jackie has been an absolute godsend when it's come to buying our first house. Both solicitors on either side did not help this dreadfully stressful situation. All I needed to do was pick up the phone to Jackie and she sorted it all in no time at all. I got more information from her in a 5 minute phone call than I did from my solicitors in 4 months! Jackie really sped things along for us and the vendors. I don't know where we'd be if she wasn't so willing to help. We cannot thank her enough!
