Dealing with Williams Estates when purchasing my property was flawless from start to finish. I was kept informed, the staff regularly chased both Solicitors and Sellers to get responses when things were dragging a little and even helped to make sure the completion date didn't slip. I was always able to reach a member of the team with responses to my questions being answered quickly or forwarded to the relevant parties straight away. All of the team I dealt with were very easy to talk to and happy to explain anything to me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell properties in this part of North Wales.

Would just like to say from the day of valuation to the sale of mums property I can highly recommend Williams Estate Prestatyn. They gave the best sensible price, house went up for sale live within a few days of the valuation. Great photos of the property. Helpful staff in the office. Special thanks to Josh for handling the sale, very professional but also very easy to chat to and thank you for all the advice.
