Very highly recommended local estate agent! Williams Estates was recommended to me when I asked a local to recommend estate agents in Prestatyn, as I was selling my late mother's property. I was very unhappy with agents and intermediaries I'd dealt with previously, and who were unprofessional and even rude at times, as mum's house wasn't in good condition or ready for someone to move in and live in. My experience with Williams Estates could not be more different. From the outset, everyone at Willliams was warm and welcoming, and very helpful. I am especially grateful to Josh and his team for their compassion and understanding of the sensitivity of my situation, and for really listening to me about the problems I'd had. They gave me honest and helpful advice at all times. They were very responsive to any questions or clarifications I needed to ask, and proactive in communicating with me also. After we agreed to go ahead with the sale, an appropriate buyer was found and a good price negotiated and agreed very quickly. After dealing with this estate for over two years, I was elated! They continued to be a huge help throughout the long conveyancing process, and definitely had a large positive impact on that and resolving tricky outstanding queries from solicitors. I would absolutely recommend them in a heartbeat, and above other options in their area. I am unlikely to be dealing with property in that area again, but if I ever I did, I would go straight to Williams.
